ACT Local (Bahian Reality): The plastic that suffocates Salvador's urban reefs (like in Porto da Barra) originates long before reaching the beach, in complex urban basins such as the Camarajipe and Lucaia rivers. The urgency to "turn off the tap" hits the complexity of tracing the solid waste supply chain and changing legislation before the waste reaches our coast.
