Collisions between ships and cetaceans are a major problem, and one that is growing at the same rate as global shipping traffic. DeepSight's ambition is to create a real-time prediction and monitoring system to reduce contact by analyzing ships' shipping routes and cetacean frequentation zones, in order to reduce the impact of humans and shipping on these great creatures.
