On Romania’s National Day, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was also signed by Michel Gourtay, President of Technopôle Brest-Iroise, and Professor Mamut, Black Sea Universities, in the presence of Fortuné Pellicano, Deputy Mayor in charge of twin cities and international solidarity (City of Brest).

This marks a first step in what we hope will grow into a long-term and fruitful partnership.
