      • Sea Tech Week®: a key event for international maritime players for over 20 years

      • Every two years since 1999, maritime actors from all over the world gather in Brest for Sea Tech Week®. This unmissable week-long event is dedicated to marine science and technology. Each year it welcomes more than 1,000 participants. This year, the international event will take place from 26 to 30 September.
      •  

        The country of focus will be India and its community with which the Campus mondial de la mer has a relationship. There will also be a focus on women in marine science and technology. 

         

        Sea Tech Week® 2022 will focus on the theme of maritime transport "towards smarter and greener solutions".

        Various subjects such as naval architecture, maritime cybersecurity, hydrogen, marine pollution and new maritime routes will be addressed throughout the week.

        Conferences, professional exhibitions, BtoB meetings, plenary sessions, Gala

        Among the 1,000 participants, there are 36 exhibitors and 2 pavilions, 30% internationals, 30% students, 200 B2B meetings and more than 40 Indian delegates.  

        The week will be punctuated by scientific and technological conferences, professional exhibitions, plenary sessions, business-to-business meetings and social events. A gala dinner will close the Sea Tech Week®.

        Sea Tech Week® is organised by the Technopôle Brest-Iroise as part of Le campus mondial de la mer, the first French community of experts in the study and development of the ocean, located at the tip of Brittany.
        Sea Tech Week® is supported by Brest Métropole, the Brittany Region, the European Union (ERDF) and Crédit Mutuel Arkéa.
