NETHERLANDS

The Dutch start-up FORU-SOLUTION offers a unit for the recovery of floating hydrocarbons. Its shape, adapted to wave movements, allows it to operate in oil ports and offshore situations, even in difficult circumstances (rough seas).

GERMANY

SEANEXUS has developed an offshore platform technology for seaweed cultivation. This reliable and robust system allows multiple harvests at reduced production costs. The prototype tested at sea has proven to be resistant to harsh sea conditions and promotes effective algae growth.

CANADA

SEDNA TECHNOLOGIES' objective is to increase the automation and real-time monitoring of seafood products by creating innovative software and hardware solutions for traceability. These solutions make it possible to maintain the health status of products at all stages of the supply chain.

INDIA

Arnab Das, Director at the Maritime Research Centre of Pune, is in charge of the NIRDHWANI TECHNOLOGIES project. He is interested in the negative impact of low frequency noise due to maritime transport, on marine mammals and on the performance of passive sonars used in military applications. His research work aims to strengthen acoustic capabilities in terms of underwater awareness.
