Which countries are involved?

Ireland, France, Spain and Portugal are looking to build a network of Atlantic stakeholders, based on voluntary membership.

How can you join the network?

To join the network, participants must complete the membership form attached to the cooperation agreement. This agreement has no legal value and does not commit you: it does not require your legal representative’s signature and can be signed by any member of your team.

The purpose of this agreement is to define the information you authorise us to share. By signing the form, you allow us to include your organisation on the UPWELLING network map and to publish your organisation’s name, location, sector within the blue economy, and main areas of activity.
