Participation in this event was part of a historic partnership between Oceans and Sea Tech Week®, two complementary events united by their scientific foundations, international scope, and strong ties to the Brest region. We were already present at Oceans 2023 in Limerick, Ireland, and IEEE participated in the most recent Sea Tech Week® 2024.
The Oceans 2025 edition was therefore an ideal opportunity to promote Sea Tech Week® 2026, which will also be held at Le Quartz from October 6 to 8, 2026, with Portugal as the guest country. Over three days, the Campus team hosted a booth where many exchanges took place with visitors from across Europe and beyond.

The objective: to engage the maritime community from now on around the call for workshops, open until October 31, 2025, in order to build a rich, dynamic, and truly international program.
This presence at the event allowed us to showcase all the components of Sea Tech Week®: high-level sessions, workshops, exhibition space, one-to-one meetings… The 2026 edition promises to be ambitious, with a continued commitment to fostering scientific and industrial cooperation, particularly at the European level.
We also had the pleasure of welcoming Morgane Le Meur, representative of the SaferSea project, a program dedicated to supporting technological innovations and transitions in the maritime transport sector within the Atlantic area.
