Twin objectives:
1. First goal : Building submerged sculptures to promote the reproduction of marine species and allow the general public to discover aquatic biodiversity.
2. Second Goal : Building a protection and contemplation ‘s zone of the living marine world, erected in the form of an artistic assembly, it will create habitats inviting marine biodiversity to regenerate, under the benevolent gaze of amateur and professional divers;
