The main objective of this project is to perform an optimization based on the last advances of the deep learning models, advanced control theory and data-gathering systems in order to achieve an innovation step towards an efficient productive system of fish and algae, making use of the traditional local salt-mines.
The aquaculture system would consist of, at least, three former salt-mines pools with three different growing targets: algae, little herbivorous fish, medium-size carnivorous fish, being each one's output the input of the following one.
Additionally, the pools would be monitored by a low-cost data-logger designed, patented and built by the author which would allow to create a distributed sensor net for the closure of the environmental control system.
