      • Call for Sea projects from the Mer Bretagne Atlantique Cluster and the Brittany Region

      • Call for Sea projects Mer Bretagne Atlantique Cluster - Closing date 19 September 2019
      • 2019 Call for Sea projects

This call for projects (AAP), open all year round for SMEs, ETIs with less than 2000 employees, and academic laboratories in the Brittany region, is part of this dynamic of support for maritime innovation for the benefit of territorial economic development, in close collaboration with regional funding partners (the Brittany Region, the Breton authorities and BPIfrance).
This PAA is also based on the Smart Specialisation Strategy (S3) of the Regional Council of Brittany, which describes the regional intervention framework to support innovation in companies. Within this strategic framework, 7 strategic innovation areas (SIA) have been identified, promising and innovative areas of activity for the Brittany region.

The objective of this AAP is to accelerate the launch of technological innovations by small and medium-sized Breton companies wishing to set up, manage and promote a collaborative R&D project, by partnering with one (or more) research institutions.
The projects expected are smaller in size and shorter in duration than those usually submitted to other calls for projects such as PSPC-Regions or "Innovation at the crossroads of sectors". The project must be consistent with the strategic orientations (products and markets) of the partner companies and academics and must focus on one of the cluster's strategic areas of action. Projects integrating the transversal axes will be particularly well studied.

To meet these objectives, the cluster is setting up:

        • Assistance in setting up collaborative projects, in particular for the search for industrial or academic partners,
        • Privileged access to financing through the mobilization of local authorities and BPIfrance,
        • A follow-up of projects, during and after the project, for the development and valorisation of the results.

For the application, the document "Intermediate Summary Form" (ISF) is to be downloaded from the Cluster's website at the following address: https://www.pole-mer-bretagne-atlantique.com/fr/rejoignez-le-pole
Once completed, it must be sent, along with the last two tax returns from each industrial partner, to Anaïs Turpault: anais.turpault@polemer-ba.com

This call for projects is open on a run-of-river basis. The deadline for receipt of ISFs is 15 September 2019.

For more information, consult the specifications (in French).
